Lily is a Mining Engineer with a Master in Environmental Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Piura and a MBA from ESAN. She has more than twenty-five years of experience in underground and surface mining.

Her professional career includes positions as CEO, Business Development Manager, Operations Manager and Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Manager. She currently works as Business Development Manager at METAPROJECT GROUP PERU. She is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Chapter of Mining Engineers of Lima.
