Ms. Calwell is a solutions-oriented and people first leader who provides executive direction to the corporate services and strategic policy teams at the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) in Canada. Carolyn brings deep energy sector expertise and a proven track record in public administration gained through senior leadership roles in legal services and energy policy in the Ontario Public Service. Carolyn is a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion. She leads the OEB’s work with the Regulatory Energy Transition Accelerator (RETA), chairs CAMPUT’s RETA Committee and co-chairs ICER’s Virtual Working Group #3 with a focus on RETA.
